Online Shopping Enquiry: Terms & Conditions

Please read and check against the following in order to proceed to make your online shopping enquiry.

	1.	Indicate URL link in email and state the maximum bid price you wish to make.
	2.	Calculation is based on the [x2] principle: whatever amount is there multiply by 2. Eg: 4000 yen [max bid] = 8000 yen deposit = Deposit of SG$80 [8000 / 100]
	3.	This amount calculated is the deposit that must be given to us before bidding commences. * This will be compulsory for all new bidders for a duration of a pre-determined number of bids. Only long-standing customers may bid on merit once their account is assured.
	4.	Deposits can be made through cash or cheque payments or ATM transfers. We will contact you on details once you have opted to accept our terms and conditions and prepared to bid.
	5.	A commission of SGD $12 is compulsory as payment to our Japanese contact. This amount is non-negotiable and you may consider adding it to your total if your budget is tight. The commission is only applied to successful bids or purchases. Commission is charged PER ITEM TYPE; not quantity of the same item.
	6.	Bids are not guaranteed and may not be successful. If this happens, a full refund [less bank charges if applicable] will be returned to you. Conversely, you may opt to bid on another item and an adjustment will be calculated for you based on the earlier deposit.
	7.	Shipping from Japan is not calculated until we receive the invoice from our contact. As we consolidate shipping to ensure cost savings, we will calculate this shipping based on weight and quantity of your bidded item[s]. This shipping charge must be paid upon collection of item[s].
	8.	All auctions are final. Unless you lose, you will be liable for the full cost of the item. Failure to pay will result in the barring of future bidding. Insufficient deposit[s] will be forfeited if you do not pay the remaining cost. There is no full refund unless this item sells, of which you will only receive a portion of the deposit to be determined by us as a penalty fee.
